Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in NYC

Ketamine can offer a powerful window into healing, but the medicine alone isn’t enough. I provide trauma-informed ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for professionals seeking profound change. Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, or unresolved trauma, I help you prepare for, navigate, and integrate your experience using a combination of EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and HRV biofeedback.

What Is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy?

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a therapeutic process that combines the use of ketamine, a dissociative psychedelic medicine, with psychotherapy. In a safe and supportive setting, ketamine may help interrupt entrenched patterns, access unconscious material, and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Unlike medical models that simply administer ketamine, KAP integrates the power of psychotherapy with the psychedelic experience to create lasting, embodied transformation.

My Approach: A Body-Mind-Spirit Integration

Each treatment is tailored to your nervous system, your story, and your goals. My work with KAP includes:

  • Somatic Preparation
Grounding you in the body to expand capacity for non-ordinary states.

  • HRV Biofeedback (Emwave)
Measuring and enhancing your ability to self-regulate before, during, and after sessions.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Supporting trauma resolution and integration for those with unresolved emotional wounds.

  • Mindfulness & Breathwork
Practical tools to help you move through intensity and into clarity.

The KAP Process

Step 1: Initial Assessment & Orientation
We evaluate your readiness, explore your intention, and design a personalized treatment plan. We determine if sublingual or IV ketamine is right for you and I connect you with one of several medical providers I work with to complete medical assessment and approval for the medication.

Step 2: Somatic & Emotional Preparation
We build your emotional resilience through breathwork, grounding practices, and nervous system awareness. We explore your intentions for the journey and ensure you are ready to safely engage in KAP.

Step 3: Ketamine Sessions
Ketamine is administered by a licensed medical provider while I remain available for therapeutic support. In some cases, we work in tandem with your prescriber.

Step 4: Integration Sessions
We process what arose during your sessions using EMDR, somatic tracking, and meaning-making to turn insight into transformation.

Who This Is For

This work is ideal for:

  • High-achieving professionals feeling stuck or disconnected

  • People with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, or trauma

  • Clients drawn to spiritual or consciousness-expanding work

  • Those who want a fully supported and integrative approach to psychedelics

What Makes This Work Different

What sets my approach apart is the depth of integration. Many clinics offer ketamine—few offer integration rooted in trauma healing, body-based therapy, and EMDR. My work is trauma-informed and attuned to the complex individual needs of the journey seeker.

Here, you’re not just receiving a medicine—you’re receiving a therapeutic process tailored to who you are.
